MACHINIST X58: bios overclock unlock

Hello friends! I come here to ask who can help me with a mechanic x58 BIOS, I cannot overclock because the BIOS does not appear with the bclk feature

can someone help me with unlocking this option because i don't know anything about unlocking the BIOS: /
