Mcp61pm-hw need modded bios

Hi so i have the Mcp61pm-hm rev:1.0B (nettle2) and i wanna mod the bios so i can OC

the bios i have is phoenix award bios
Bios Revision 5.27

this is the upgrade i put in

i also wanna know if my processor is compatible i have the
AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ socket AM2 (940) 65nm voltage 1.360V

so i wanna know if i can get a mod thats compatible for all that also im a little unclear on the instructions i, i extracted the "sp37530.exe" and then people download mods they come as ".bin" files, do i just rename the .bin file to Net5.27?
