Medion PC Microstar 7123 motherboard

I would like to request that a bios be unlocked for me, please. I want to get at all the hidden items I know are there, RAM timings for example. I would like to explore overclocking options as well as investigate other possible tweaks. I also want to see if I can find a solution to a now undetectable DVD drive that Windows 7 does not see, but the BIOS does ... for example, are there hidden CD/DVD drive options that I could use?

I was unable to find an original bios or bios update for my MB that I would be willing to trust. There was always some discrepancy between my bios and what I was able to find. Close enough works for horseshoes and hand grenades, not bios flashings

I have attached the bios ROM as extracted by the Universal Backup Tool.

The board came from an older Medion PC. A guy at the local thrift shop builds computers from old ones that are donated, and this is one of those computers.

On the MB itself it says Microstar model 7123
CPU-Z says the motherboard is an NF-CK804
Bios Version 6.00 PG
Bios Date 07/07/2005

Consider this thread closed. I acquired a new motherboard, this time with a far better bios, its AMI, and it's already all unlocked.
