Missing serial number on vaio flip svf14n

Time to stop haunting the forums and just ask for help.

Sony Vaio sfv14n13cxb with insydeh2o bios
Motherboard replaced by Sony under warranty but didn't fix the problem. Sony released a bios update that specifically addressees the issues I have. The problem is that I cannot update the bios. After lots of reading and searching and dumping and editing platform.ini files I have discovered that the upgrade fails because of missing version and serial number strings in the baseboard and chassis sections of the smbios. I discovered a post with a similar problem here.

I would like to know how to write this information into the smbios so I can update it. Also, any information regarding Sony's bios recovery procedure for this machine would be appreciated.

Hello!I understood you have new laptop Mobo after service.
At services of Europe and USA servicemen dont component repair (replacing BGA chips, controllers and etc.) and replacing entire Mobo.
So you get Mobo without private information and you want to get it.
You have two ways of solution.
1.Copy bios from old Mobo and flash it into bios chip of new Mobo.
2.We can try to flash bios dump from another laptop but same Mobo and model so you'll get laptop CLONE.
I must know how to flash bios we can.
Run this tool as Admin and upload archive "results" from Desktop.

I cannot download from the link you gave. The top link in my post is the results file from Universal Bios Backup Tool 12.2.

I found Intel FPT version 8.1.10.1286 but I dont know what switches to use to get the data you are looking for, or even if this is the same tool as in your link.
