If you used a SLIC Modded BIOS then you just need to Install the Included Certificate and use an OEM SLP Key that matches the Version of Windows you Installed.

SLIC Mods do NOT work on Enterprise Editions of Windows.

Halo DMAN999... Im having some issues with the SLIC. My BIOS version is showing as v1.10 whereas in MSI Live update (windows), its showing 1.A0...
Managed to get this asset details for my mainboard version as follows:
