I have no idea, I know that it works no problem with a usb flash drive prepared via the hp tool and via usb floppy, you get usb floppy drives on eBay for like 5£/$ or a usb stick for a few £/$.

Okay, so i got a new floppy drive, one i can plug directly into the mobo, for some reason it only responds with Win+esc mostly not Win+B, but it reads it, makes a lound buzzing noice sounds like, BUZZZZ (High) BUZZZ (low), that if i press enter it happens again, and then it does nothing, for hours...

The way you linked, and other various wincris.exe and crdisk.bat methods... My PC was stolen, and when we retrieved it, it had Vista and BitLocker encryption enables, i formatted the HDD and installed XP, and then attempted the BIOS update, when it failed.. could that have affected it?
Can you double check for me that the nap5.27 file is in fact the BIOS file that must be renamed BIOS.WPH?
wait, is it possible that i have an Award BIOS not a standard Phoenix BIOS? because my PCs BIOS chip says Phoenix but they are both made by Phoenix, right?
