Need help to change SATA module on HP Workstation

I have an HP xw6600 workstation and I want to update the SATA-RAID module to let me use a 4 tbyte HD without loosing data, but I was not able to open the BIOS file.

but I was not able to open the BIOS file.

Here is bios file, extracted from your *.exe
But it can be only part of your bios rom.
You'll get full bios, only when you make dump of bios rom.
