P5W DH DELUXE error

Hi - I wonder if I could possibly have some help regarding the above. I have the above board with the latest bios installed (3002)

I have an intel xeon E5450 installed which boots, but the bios errors with a microcode error which I think is stopping the windows 10 update that I want to do with the error "compareexchange128" is not supported.

I believe the bios needs to be updated with xeon microcode - is this something someone can help with?

PS - my bios is not slic 2.1 enabled - would it be best to add that in also??

My Board is p5wdg2 ws pro, it run L5420 fine with full instructions in CPUZ but failed to upgrade to latest Windows 10 ver. Will this works?
