P6X58D Premium 1501 Intel Raid ROM Update

I bought a 3TB HD and I need to run it, my motherboard recognizes it and my Intel Raid also, the problem is that when I create a raid using it and another 150GB HD the maximum value allowed for this new partition is of 270GB.

PS: I can only select the 3TB HD to create a partition if I create before windows loads, I can not select this HD if I use the Intel RST program

Bios: P6X58D Premium 1501 BIOS (latest version)
Raid: Intel RST 11.6.0.1030 (latest version)

What I need to do to get to use my 3TB HD?

To get the Full 3TB in RAID you need 2 - 3 TB HDDs in RAID 0 or RAID1.
OR just don't use set up a RAID and you'll see the 3TB HDD and a 150 GB HHD separately.
