PROBLEM| add slic and remove secure boot on my cheap 240NIS tablet

hello i have cheap tablet that come with windows 10,
i wanna try to install windows 7 but i need to get rid of the secure boot in the bios,
also i need to add slic table and i see this as a big problem,

this tablet is very cheap in my area (240NIS)
my tablet specs is:
