Packard Bell Easynote LM86

Hi,

I have change from Windows 7 to Windows 8 and now my HD 5650 runs only on PCIe x16 v 1.1 instead of v 2.0.

I´ve also using Ubuntu, but its the same problem there.

That´s why i want to try a unlocked bios for my Laptop Packard Bell EasyNote LM86
to change the PCIe settings.

The Bios i use is v 1.26 on this Site: http://www.packardbell.de/pb/de/DE/content/download

Here the Laptop spec´s:
EasyNote LM 86
Intel Core i5 430M / 2.26 GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
640 GB HDD
Intel H55 Express Chipset
