So you can't use CPU with Clarksfield core. Only Arrandale...
i7-920XM will burn your laptop.

This is summer in my country. So overheat is not a surprise. 

As a result i7-920XM works with my pc but the only obstacle is overheat. I understand you. Thank you for all support.

Your current CPU doesn't use internal graphics and so its TDP is only 25W! But i7-920XM has TDP=55W.
So I not sure that power subsystem (on the motherboard) can supply this CPU with sufficient power level.

Well, its okay. The laptop is almost seventh year. There is no need to force. But I have i7 720QM right now, maybe I will change it on autumn/winter. Lets see how it work.
