Phoenix Bios Unlock Request Packard Bell LX86

Hello!
As i see this is the only thread about Packard Bell LX86.
I found v1.14 unlocked on the first page but what about 1.15?
Was it unlocked or it`s impossible? I see this thread was frozen in Aug 2014.

a friend gifted me this laptop a while ago and I just now started messing around with it. the modded 1.14 bios linked in this thread works well, but I had to use Winphlash64 v1.0.56 as the latest winphlash is not supported anymore.
opened up alot of settings I could not find before. thanks and sorry for necroing
