Phoenix Toshiba Qosmio unlock request for bios menus

Hi all, and thanks in advance.
I have a Toshiba Qosmio X505-q870.
Running Window 7 pro
I'm looking for all the menus in my bios that are locked down and missing. CPU voltage and such..

I attached a copy of mine from the universal backup tool as recommend in the sticky. Let me know what else is needed, and much appreciated.

Update. So I had help, but got the image file extracted from the Toshiba Bios updater. Ran that with the modded file for the bios. I do have some more options for my intel CPU and fan which are great, but I was also looking for some voltage/wattage settings for the processor that I cannot seem to find. Let me know if this needs to be moved.
