Now I need DSDT from this system but with another CPU, that starts without powernow_k8 error.

This is from a 5050e, which is also brisbane. On linux it works correctly.

Good. The result - the system with 5050e has correct SSDT, but with 3250e doesn't...
Can you make CPU-Z TXT-reports with 5050e and 3250e installed?

No change under ubuntu, still the same error from powernow_k8

In windows it seems to be working (although the lowest p-state seems to be at 1000mhz whereas it should be 800). In rweverything I see the P-states under _PR

You need to check SSDT (not DSDT) with two CPUs.
Look at your previous screenshot without SSDT.
P.S. Can you dump SSDT in Linux?
