Gentlemen. 

Can you please provide me with an unlocked BIOS for the above mentioned Laptop. I need to install a T9600/T9400 processor on the same, hence I need an opcode update as well as the hidden options to be available (VT-X).

While I am not capable of performing the opcode update, I can modify the settings and menus in the BIOS Setup Utility.

Do you see an 'INTEL' Menu in your BIOS Setup Utility? Could you take a picture of your BIOS Setup Utility please?

I was hoping it might be possible to get memory configuration options for the Aspire 5738Z laptop. My 533 (1066) MHz memory is running at 399 MHz and there are no options to fix this. User kizwan created a modded BIOS which is available here but it only includes a 333 (677) MHz memory option and nothing else. I was hoping it might be possible to grant 533 (1066), 667 (1333) and 800 (1600) MHz options although I'm not sure exactly what the motherboard supports (I know it's at least 533/1066). Thanks!

Can someone give me the Bios v1.34 for my Aspire 5738z? Im gonna install t9400 but I havent tested it yet with my current bios version v1.28 does it support it?? Im also running in 64bit windows 10

Heres the .rom, just make sure that you have a GM45 chipset for that t9400 and your ready to go
I took the bios from my Aspire 5738z so its fully stock -- no mods
