We have got this error :

Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.
Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable Protected Range Registers.

So your Eeprom is Write Protect and We have only one possibility :

Intel FPT using SLM7 prr.exe or prr2.exe

2. FPT Version

You can use both of them, follow instructions to flash Bios Mod :

Hi, these files doesn't work on Windows 7 64 bit. Is there 64 bit compatible version of these utilities? Or is there other way to flash bios?
