thank you fjfc for your effort.
i flashed the bios and it went without any errors, I now have the advanced tab.
i tried changing memory frequency and it didn't do anything, the same thing hapened with fan speeds.
any clue why is that so?

It is locked as it is overclocking settings... this kind of options needs further unlock

flashed it but still no changes. tuning settings in XTU are locked.
tried change memory frequenci from bios. changint to 1066 mhz take effect, but when i change it to 1600 mhz it locks on 1333, even tho my memory module suports 1600 mhz

It locks on 1333 because memory clock must be synchronized with cpu bckl, thats why you cant overclock it further, you need to overclock cpu... Before flashing this last bios, the memory options were already making changes? It seems that ME is not being overwritten by the flash... I'll look further later
