Download and unpuck file, rename bios file for your laptop (DDR2 or DDR3 ) as original and put into folder (Dos or Windows) and flash it.

I desperately need, I've been trying for almost three years to get the unlocked bios  for AOD255E. 
Unfortunately I see that nobody is interested in this model, or more, those who have succeeded are not interested in helping.
