[REQUEST] Acer Aspire V3-571(G) BIOS Unlock

Hello,

I have an Aspire V3-571 laptop currently running bios 1.13

Problem is I want to install windows 10 on this laptop in UEFI mode (I'm upgrading the wireless card, memory and HDD to an SSD as well), . Apparently to do this the bios has to be upgraded from 1.x to 2.x (current version is 2.21) but Acer has locked down the version I have of the Aspire V3-571 to only accept bios 1.13.

I was reading elsewhere that this can be unlocked or accept modified bios file to fix this problem.

I have Acer Aspire V3 571G but in bios I dont see nvidia graphic card even if latop have nvidia chip...

Is it possible that chip is burned?

May be..may be it was overheated and burned.
Repair service can do diagnostics and report to solve you problem.

You need tools are voltagemeter, oscillograph to diagnostic this problem.
You may ask disable discrete Nvidia in repair services.It is cheapest solution in your cause.
You may overheated GT640M so it can be bricked

You see, integrated gpu is intel hd 4000 and that one is working without any problems
my secondary, dedicated, gpu is nvidia gt 630m

It seems there is degradation of GT630m and you cannot check it yourself, only repair service can do this job!
