[REQUEST] Acer Aspire V3-571(G) BIOS Unlock

Hi everyone, I've did this successfully with ACER_V3-571G_v2.21_Unlocked_by_TolstyLuty

HOWEVER - I've bricked my bios because I'm new to this and I didn't know I shouldn't touch the graphic chipset settings.... Any help? I've tried flashing again with the same .fd file but no luck....

Hey guys! basically i need 2 mods combined.I will attach the 2 modded bios and the original bios to this thread.One mod i use for overclocking my GPU(nvidia gt 640m) and the other mod for undervolting the same GPU due to high temperatures.These 2 mods work perfectly for me separately but unfortunately i couldn't find any mod that has these 2 features combined for my laptop.

I don't even know if this can be done as am really new to these stuff and new to this website as well  but any help with this would be much appreciated :)

Hi,

Acer Aspire V3 571G with Inte Core I7-3630QM (Intel HD 4000), Nvidia GT 640M and unlocked BIOS 1.13 found in this thread.

My goal is to output 4K@30Hz via the HDMI under Linux.
Both video cards and the HDMI (should be ver. 1.4/1.4a) are capable of doing so but in the laptop's manual we found:

"External resolution / refresh rates:
•VGA port up to 2048 x 1536: 75 Hz
•HDMI port up to 1920 x 1080: 60 Hz"

So, Acer did limit the max resolution and I am not sure if it is hardware limitation or BIOS one.

Any help regarding the issue in order to output 4K@30Hz via the HDMI is highly appreciated.

Hi everybody, i have Acer V3-571 with bios Insyde EFI V2.21. After update from v1.13, i got locked bios. What should i do? After 3 trying, i get "System will halt"

I need some serious assistant, I have acer aspire V3-571 laptop that's not the G one, well currently I have windows 10 64-bit and I am using the bios version 2.21 which is UEFI for windows 8, in bios settings I am not using UEFI since I got windows 10 and I am using Legacy Bios instead, so apparently I messed things up a bit anyway my goal is that I want to install the correct bios version which to my understanding that should be v1.13 since I am on windows 10 and not using UEFI so that's the correct Bios version for my laptop, that's the link from acer website https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles...1534779591

now in addition to all this I would like to also have the advanced tab in Bios unlocked, can anyone help me with the Bios v1.13 that has advanced tab in bios unlocked, can you also give some instructions on how to downgrade from 2.21 to the 1.13 unlocked version since it requires some tweaking to make it work but I am not sure how.

my laptop is still on 1.0x and as far as I could read from this thread, some of the uploaded files might work to enable the advanced features and bring it to 1.13 (modified 1.11?).
Or is it also advisable to make a bios dump so some kind person can adjust the new version for my specs? Although I am not entirely sure why it has to be done for each laptop specifically and not only for a certain model?

Oh, I am interested in reducing the temperature of my device, so please let me know if fan control or voltage regulation works with that bios version.

Hello everyone sorry for my bad English..
I have Acer Aspire E1-531 Laptop and today i installed latest update of BIOS, ver 2.21 and my vRAM decreased from 128 to 32 after upgrade.
Please guys i'll link you Official BIOS here and please MOD it, I really need to have Advanced settings in BIOS, I can't downgrade BIOS because when installing old version it says: "BIOS version compare error".
Please please please please mod me it please i really need more vram i don't have more laptops..
And please also don't upload it on rghost because when i did see one guy's post to this laptop and when i go to link on rghost site say the file is not accesible or is locked (something like this)
But if there's no more upload sites you can upload ok, do it on rghost.
