It works perfectly, now all i wish to do is adjust the fan curve and set the memory on supported xmp 3200Mhz hoping the 8750h will manage it, still didn't try anything but i see all is unlocked now, thank you very much, i tried so many guide and programs but nothing worked, this bios has also a signature down on the left    thank you a lot bios guru

If want to enable memory xmp ,you can try going to bios path  OverClocking Menu > OverClocking Feature and set it up to enable ,it should be automatically enable xmp.
Or going to bios path OverClocking Menu > Memory Overclocking Menu > Memory profile choose XMP profile1 or XMP profile2 to enable xmp.


2.bios can't directly control fan speed ,be control by EC.

2.bios can't directly control fan speed ,be control by EC.

Tried to set xpm1 wich is 3200mhz cl20 for this ram and it's untable, boot but freeze at the first try of load, the platform is set for a max of 2666mhz i immagine and there's should be some other setting to adjust for run 3200 safely, i think i'll read the more threads i'll find about.
For the fan, there are some setting talking about fan speed related to cpu temperature, tried to set a lower temperature for the same fan speed and it works.
In truth i wish to run both the fans at the same speed, since they are indipendent while the cpu run hot his fans run at high speed and the gpu temeprature increase in conseguence but his fan doesn't help to cooler them, if i could run them at the same speed both the component would be cooler.
In gaming for example my cpu is never used more than about the 30%, reaching a power consuption of 25/30 watts menawhile the vga is on higher usage, barely full load sometimes, anyway the cpu temp is on 65 degrees and vga on 75 and i can feel on my hand the vga fan is going much faster than the cpu one, if i could sync them i'm sure both cpu and vga would be cooler and the laptop also quiter.
i still didn't find any setting for this purpose anyway, probably i'm asking too much from the life

xmp is also a kind of memory overclock feature(stored overclock profile in spd),oc have restriction and not 100% success , you can't sure the same hardware configuration can stable oc in any machine or platform.
I'm very expect that you really can figure the solution out by read more threads like you said , not just saying.

If ddr4 3200 was not stable ,you could try to adjust other freq to test .
There is a sample to adjust to ddr4 2933 on similar laptop model(gl704gv) ,there is a option can adjust memory freq under chipset tab that you can find.

I said again ,bios can't directly control fan speed , it only can to set up temperature trip point to limit the percent of fan speed.
I remember have a utility can change hex value on EC to changes real fan speed ,it support much laptop model ,i think you can spend time to find it yourself.

so, xmp 3200mhz profile actually works, i just set the uncore voltagge offset on +125, and all is perfectly stable, i'm very happy about this
for the fan, yes, i only can set the temps of the trip point. i immagine my purpose to sync the fan is not possible......
Forgive me if i don't get something at the first, i'm not so expert about this things yet, i'll try to find the utility for the the real fan speed you mentioned, thanks a lot for your help
