If you mean is do clear cmos ,i know a way.
First turn off the laptop ,then turn on the machine and hold on power button more than one minute ,then lose hold of your hand and turn on the laptop again.
(I don't know whether there is cmos battery on this laptop ,you could attempt to find it.)
If you mean is revert to original bios ,there two ways.
1) Rename original dump.rom to mod.rom ,then flash this file by i provided guide again ,like you flash the mod at the same steps.
2) Update asus official bios.
