P.S. too many times laptops are brickked dsabling Internal Video Card !

I opened BIOS file in HEX editor and found there something:
PHP Code:
<?php
0x16490 Selectable
: Internal Graphic Device, Form ID: 0x250 {0F 0B 50 02 D3 00 D4 00 00 00 00}
0x1649B Selectable: Pci Express Graphic, Form ID: 0x251 {0F 0B 51 02 D5 00 D6 00 00 00 00}
I can't see it in my actual BIOS. Also i counted 5 tabs, when in HEX editor is 6 - 6th is "Power" tab.

All tabs:
Main
Advanced
Advanced->Internal Devices Configuration
Security
Boot
Boot->Boot Device Priority
Info
Exit

P.S. Yesterday i updated my BIOS to this
.bin   TWHQU272.bin (Size: 4 MB / Downloads: 5)

Ok friend,
your EFI IFR shows these Tabs :

Form Sets
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Offset: Name:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
0x13030 Power (0x238)
0x138B0 Advanced (0x2B)
0x89CE0 Main (0x26)
0x8A2C0 Serial Port B IRQ Conflict. Please re-select! (0x74)
0x8A3E0 2E8 (0x57)
0x8A7D0 Yes (0x4)
0x8A5F0 This is the help for the year field. Valid range is from 2000 to 2099. (Error checking will be done against month/day/year combinations that are not supported. INCREASE/REDUCE : +/-. (0x2A)

It's an UEFI Bios so I think You have to use Falseclock Method
to change into NVRAM !

Quote:1. Download latest version of you BIOS which is F.26
2. Flash new BIOS
3. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
4. Create directory structure EFI\Boot
5. Download BOOTX64.EFI
6. Put downloaded file to Boot directory.
7. Restart and enter BIOS setup.
8. Make sure you have following values:
Legacy Support: Disable
Secure Boot: Disable
9. Reboot and press F9 to boot from USB stick
10. Give commands:
setup_var 0x36 0x01
setup_var 0x39 0x01
11. Reboot and you Windows should find Intel AHCI controller.
12. REPORT RESULT HERE
13. Enjoy.

Now i don't have a USB stick, i tried to use SD card and Phone via usb. First i didn't turn off Legacy(i don't have Secure boot). When i choose it in boot menu(it appears like Generic Multi-card.. and phone appears like Linux USB-CD File Storage) it says " Remove disks ...".
When i turn off Legacy Support,BIOS don't see SD or Phone at all
Does using USB stick critical? Or i need to format SD or download BOOTX64.EFI by some special method?

I can say that using SD Card, with external adapter, It would work, but directly into a laptop cardreader not !
Best is format It as FAT32 for more compatibility !
