[REQUEST] Dell Latitude e5430 BIOS unlock

Hello, I want to unlock all the feature that can be hidden in my dell e5430 bios, here is a link : http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03282139M/1/5430A16.exe
I can't extract it with "writeromfile", so what can i do?

I manage to extract .hdr file but i can't open it on any tools

I would like someone to help me unlock all hidden features on Dell e5430. I tried doing it myself but ran into a lot of issues. I couldn't figure out a way extract the .exe so I dumped the BIOS chips using a programmer but upon importing the binaries to modding tools, it either crashes or stops working.

Direct download to .exe here. I have BIOS dump of chip as well. Unfortunately Computrace is enabled permanently, if anyone manages to disable that or preferably reset to deactivated, I'm willing to pay

Works for all sandy, ivy and haswell laptop from Dell, that's how I overclocked my 3920XM on my M6700.
