[REQUEST] Enable ReBAR on Gigabyte X470 with 2700X CPU

Hello

I have Gigabyte AORUS Gaming 5 WiFi motherboard, with an Intel Arc A770 GPU. I have the latest motherboard UEFI version F63c:

I ran into a problem trying to enable the hidden ReBAR option: Gigabyte capsule.

For some reason Gigabyte only shows ReBAR option with Ryzen 3000 and 5000 series, not my 2700X. Although all other brands can show this option for 2700X.

I tried to modify my UEFI image using AMIBCP to modifiy Access for the option from "Default" to "USER". but I can not flash the modified UEFI.

I tried:

•  a modded Efiflash.exe 0.74 that seems to say ok, but reboots in 2 seconds and my UEFI is unmodified, and
  
• AfuWinx64.efi  /P /B /N /K /REBOOT from winraid forums (with or without /B option). it says "Loading capsule ... " and then "18 - Failed secure ROM flash verification" message
  

Is there a way to flash my modded UEFI ? Perhaps with some modded AfuWinx64.efi ? Does that exist ?

I have been scratching my head at these for days, and the micro-stutters from my Arc GPU without ReBAR are so obvious ...
