Example e5200.

Lastest BIOS updates from manufacturer site
669F1P62 Update cpu microcode cupid =06FBH.
669F1P63 Update cpu microcode cupid =10661H.

Any way additionals mods/updates be liked.

Your motherboard is based on 945G chipset. It doesn't support CPUs with Wolfdale core. So you can't use Pentium E5200. It's hardware limitation.
