I have trouble with my laptop in Windows, none of my graphics card enabled since I updated my bios to Insyde F.1C r3.5 "released on January/23/13"

I would like to ask some one to help me with it.

I'd love to use every futures what it has. I want install Snow L and O.C. everything

/ohh almost forget, basically this board has a 6790XT card and when I bought it, and I could play NFS MW medium quality on 1280*720, but I did used linux the last year and 1 mouth ago settled back to win, I did wanted to play again it but it had some issues and wouldn't run either very low quality on 800*640 was very lagging, and I did see it on everest (vga id: 1002-6740) I'm sorry for this novel hope it helpful/

also is the graphics card bios possible to flash?
