[REQUEST] HP Pavilion dv6t-7000 CTO - Unlock for a hackintosh installation
#1
Hello.

I want to unlock my bios for a Hackintosh installation.

Here is the screenshot of my original BIOS setup.

I need to unlock the advanced menu so I can access to change the AHCI mode for hackintosh installation.

Version: F.22 (Update 11-30-2012)
Revision: 3.7
SLIC: 2.1 (I think...!)
Download link: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp60001-60500/sp60050.exe

Thank you very much Big Grin

That would be very nice. There is a fix for this with a kext though. What would be very nice is if we could select a fixed GPU which is a big problem with the hackintosh on this laptop.

I have the same request as this post. My device information:

-Motherboard Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
-Model : HP DV6T-7000 CTO
-Bios Vendor : Insyde
-Bios Version : F.29
-Bios SLIC : 2.1
-Bios Link : http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63801.exe

Please Help With A Mod Bios for my laptop. I want to change from RAID to AHCI on HDD setting but this bios doesn't have this option. Would someone help me to unlock this feature?

Many thanks in advance!
