Hello, please I need your help. I found a freelancer who sold me a mod BIOS for my motherboard, and this file was also able to be installed on my GA -B85-HD3 rev (2.0) motherboard without any issues using Q-Flash from the BIOS. This would enable compatibility with the Intel Core i7 5575c processor and NVME support.
Days later, I bought that processor thinking it was already compatible with my motherboard with this processor. I installed the new processor, but when I turned it on, the CPU fan spins and then turns off, but there's no image.
At first, I thought the installation might have failed, but I went back to the old processor and it did turn on. Then I realized it was the processor and the motherboard that weren't compatible. I reinstalled the mod BIOS again and removed the motherboard battery, but I got the same results.
I wrote to that freelancer again, and he didn't respond. I wonder if anyone can help me make this processor compatible, as both use the 1150 socket. Right now, I feel scammed and frustrated.
I've attached all the necessary information, and the BIOS file they sold me, according to what I asked in Chat GPT, tells me I need to add the integrated Broadwell Microcode (CPU ID: 0x3D). But I don't know how to do it since I'm a novice. Thanks in advance.
Information of my motherboard:
Model: GA-B85-HD3 rev (2.0)
Actual Processor: Intel Core i5 4440
Compatibility problems: Intel Core i7 5575c
