[REQUEST] Help unlocking Gigabyte 17G XC Bios

Hello there, I am new here and have only recently started looking into unlocking my bios because I am getting some overheating and would like to try using ThrottleStop to undervolt my laptop and lower the temps if possible. 

I am not sure what tool to use to dump my bios. I am seeing a lot of conflicting information. Can someone help me?
