[REQUEST] IS 1442 Bios mod/unlock

Is it possible to unlock overclock features on that old motherboard?
I've extracted the bios using Universal Bios backup toolkit but it gave me an different file from internet.

I'll upload both as they're different each other.

Open bios file with amibcp you can know there are no oc features included.

I've opened, changed a lot of settings to "USER" as seen on another tutorial from here, flashed using AFUDOS, but nothing changed on Bios...
Is there something I've made wrong?
