LED lights only HHDD for 3 seconds, then nothing more. There is no way to load!!

This week i've bought an Lenovo B590 but the wirelesscard barely works. I've tried to replace it but it wouldn't boot. Could someone get the whitelist removed?

Currenty installed wificard PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&SUBSYS_061117AA&REV_01
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&SUBSYS_061117AA
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&CC_028000

Current Bios: H1ET69WW (1.12)

I've read the RSA signed bioses post, after using Andys Phoenix Tool v1.90 on the bios above it didnt show any sign of RSA. http://puu.sh/3N1P3/66548990e4.png (at least as far as I know).

Thanks for the fast reaction, I have 1 problem. Copied the files to my usb, changed the boot priority but it just goes straight to windows. Do I need to re-format the usb? And could I use HP disk Format tool for this?

EDIT: NVM the above. I've flashed the bios, its all working. Going to test a different network card now.
