[REQUEST] Lenovo Flex 2-15 (A0CNxxWW) BIOS Unlock

Could someone please provided an unlocked version of the Phoenix BIOS/UEFI for my Lenovo Flex 2-15.

One of my major reasons for requesting this is a problem I am having with my display adapter. My video works fine with Windows in safe mode, or in Linux (Ubuntu). But built-in display will not work on Windows 10 (Unless in safe mode.)

Hi, I have a Lenovo flex 2-15, with an i5-4210u, currently, the throttling temperature is set to 70, I heard that it can be changed using bios modding.
How can I do that?
the CPU can go up to 95, but now it won't go more than 70-72.
And also, if it's possible to overclock the CPU in bios, how can I unlock the overclocking feature?
