I tried to connect, but the usb programmer keeps disconnect when i apply the clip on the chip.

Just to make sure the red pin on the test clip ribbon is the voltage right? The 8th pin on the chip

I use windows 8.1 64bit..Should i run the CH341a programmer in any compatibility mode?

I don't have any idea. I used Windows 7 x64 and USB 2.0 port.

This file is empty all bytes = 0xFFh open It using an HexEditor and look !
Can You upload the result file from Backup_Tools ?
Yu have to check into CH341A Program when It read Eeprom if there are different
bytes It is good, but all FF is nothing !

can You say which driver You used TTL (used for JTag) or USB (Par2Ser) ?
can You post the link to your version of CH341A Programmer and Clip ?
As I have an old version of CH341A and would to use 1.18 version, but
I have a different configuration (pic) :

Friend.
I bought them from China.when I connect them, run the exe, it always shows unknown device and ff or 00. I have tried many times. I can not figure out whats wrong. Can you helpp me? Thank you！！ Later, I upload some pictures.
