Using the Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0 for your laptop model is not desirable...use BACKUP_Tools19 or fpt only
Check your PM

This is an Hex compare between two files Lenovo-8ACN34WW.rom and x64_bios-region_10.0.30.1072.bin !
In this case Universal Bios Backup worked right !

HI. I have the indicated Lenovo laptop, but unfortunately I encountered some problems. My WIFI card stopped working and I tried to replace it but I got the usual error, then i need a custom bios. I saw a video of how to proceed with the request, but the link to download the file Universal BIOS Backup was no longer working, so I searched online and found Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0, which from what I saw is the same, but also If I start it as administrator, I get a popup saying "Can not identify the BIOS!"
I hope someone can help me
