Can anyone help me with modifying my original bios.

I need to remove the whitelist and unlock the advanced menu.

The laptop model is Lenovo T440s.

Hi, I have a Thinkpad T440 that I want to swap the wifi card in.  I have a CH341 chip programmer and have backed up the stock BIOS rom.

How should I be dumping it then?  I plugged the SOIC8 test clip onto the BIOS chip, attached to the CH341 programmer and read the chip and saved the output.  Is there something I'm missing?

I found a good copy of the CH341A software and then it was able to properly dump the BIOS.  If anyone is interested, I was finally able to dump it using software version 1.29 on a Windows 7 32 bit virtual machine.
