i dont know what to do anymore... it seems the connection between pc and bios is corrupted but i dont know why

You are using Pomona Soic Clip ?
You have to check a good Connection stable as many tools are cheapers and don't work
well !
You can see the SW is almost simple and the most important buttons are Read - Erase - Write !
To check the file I suggest to use FPT to make a Bios Backup then compare this file with
the DUMP result (remember that Eeprom Dump are longer than Bios Region) !
If so You want I do for You use this tool run It as Admin and upload the resut file here :

Then Make a Full Dump Firmware (read Firmware from Eeprom Chip) and unpload It
too here and I will compare the Bios Region between thw two files !

Your laptop cannot work usig this Bios Region !

When trying to flash your new File . It says " The Chips are not null". ( Auto Programm)
If i manually Programm , i get the Chips are in disagreement something error

Mainboard has no Power and only connected to SOIC8 Pin.

Im trying really hard and countless times to get a good connection between SOIC8 and my PC.

Could there be a driver issue also?

Or maybe error because im using usb extension?

I think You have problems with your CLIP !
Better remove Eeprom Chip from MoBo and Read / Write on adapter !
