Where on earth can we find, today the 24th of July 2023, the PhoenixTool v.1.9, or an equivalent for a Thinkpad X230 ?
Faithfully .. step by step .. (am a 75 y.o refuznik to this kind of " white list ")

Bios ver: G2ETB7WW 2.77
EC ver: G2HT36WW 1.15
- Remove all whitelists
- Unlock Advanced Menu
- Fix 16 GB/eGPU issue
- Unlocked MSR 0xE2, MSR 0x194
