[REQUEST] MSİ 760GM E51 (FX) OPTERON 3365 TURBO SUPPORT

Hi, i have msi760gm E51 (fx) AM3 Motherboard and opteron 3365 2.3 ghz stock 3.3ghz turbo cpu.
So my problem is this cpu not fully compatible with this motherboard. Stucked in 2.3ghz stock 2.6ghz turbo frequancy. Multiplier is stucked also in 13.5 (max 16.5). And the voltage stucked around 1v. There is alot of motherboard suffering this problem. But the Asus M5A78L-M LE motherboard can work in full load 3.3 ghz. (16.5 multiplier 1.4v) can we do any bios upgrade for this ?
Also both of these motherboards have same chipset's.

Sorry for latency. There is a problem to send reply on this forum i can add Photos 1 by 1. Throttlestop wont support this cpu. İ did stress test via cpu Z. Resetted the bios. And Tried evry modifications on bios settings but wont change anything. When i get Manual turbo freq İt locks at 2.3 ghz. There is only FSB overclock option working.
Cpu has Turbo 3.3 ghz cores. And when u write 3365 enter the cpu world site there is 2 reply's on this side. one of has G880 Chip and same problem. Other one have M5A78MLE Motherboard And have full of 3.3 ghz speed. İ got the M5A78LMX V2 motherboard, when i puttet this cpu on i quite same as this multiplier locked at 13. But sometimes it reaches up to 3.3 ghz and falls back to 2.4-2.5 ghz Voltage is around 1.2-1.3v in M5A78LMX V2

All seems OK.
This CPU can work on 3.3 GHz when 4 cores or less are used
And only 2.6 GHz when more than 4 cores are used.

BTW: You didn't post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z.
