[REQUEST] MSI H81M-E33 BIOS unlocking

Hello, really new member here. I would love if someone could provide/point me in the right direction in making an unlocked BIOS for the MSI H81M-E33.



I've interest in unlocking the following features:

1- CPU voltage control (it already allows for multiplier overclock but I cant for the life of me make it POST with more than 4.1GHZ with mine i5 4690k, and I think the problem is improper voltage)

2- RAM frequency above rated spec (although I dont think this one will be possible, according to MSI https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H81M-E33/Specification , it only allows for 1600mhz).

Up!! Please someone do a custom BIOS for this motherboard. I only want to underclock my i7 4790 non K processor. To all you experts out there please we need your help
