[REQUEST] Mod for Lenovo Ideapad S145-15IWL BIOS

I'm trying to use a GPU riser through my laptop's M.2 slot, but it just won't recognize it. I've tried everything, and the only thing I can think of is that there might be a whitelist that only allows the laptop's wi-fi card into that slot. Does someone have a mod that removes restrictions of devices connected to the M.2 slot? I'm new to BIOS modding, so I'll appreciate any help.
