[REQUEST]Thinkpad T450 display whitelist or/and bios downgrade

I can't do it because I do not understand how to extract the fl1 file into the  thinkpad X1 gen 3 bios .exe fill (No .fl1 are found when opened with 7zip)

Can you let me know what is supposed to be ? Is this an old T450 bios or the X1 gen 3 bios ?

Also, can you let me know how you managed to extract it from the .exe file if you did

So obviously it was the X1 carbon bios

I followed the tutorial and... it worked !
I can use backlight whitelist is gone
