Thank you very much. sadly I couldn't boot from the USB drive I am using win10 64 I have tried from the bios menu and from windows settings to load from it unfortunately without luck.

I managed to boot the USB by disabling the secure boot but after running Flash.bat I got this error
 {Error 201: [FPT.exe] cannot be run on the current platform. Please contact your vendor.}
