[REQUEST] toshiba satellite L505d-gs6000 Bios Unlock

Hello everyone, i really hope someone can help me

i have a toshiba satellite L505d-gs6000 Laptop, and the USB ports dont work at all, i get power to them but when i plug a flash drive in, nothing, and i dont see any USB controllers in Device Manager.

All signs are pointing to an setting in bios got turned off, but when i go in to bios, i cant access this area. Upon doing research i found the only way is to "unlock" your bios, i attempted to try it myself, but i couldnt find any guide to help me, and i didnt want to brick the computer.

anyway i am going to link the bios here, and if anyone can help me it woudl be much appreciated
