Razer book 13 whitelisted M.2 slot

Hello, I have a razer book 13 and an M.2 adt link r43sg 4.0 and it does not show up on device manager or bios. I tried hot swapping an ssd then the M.2 adt link adapter but that only worked once and hasn't worked since So I'm pretty sure the M.2 slot is being whitelisted. the adt link egpu shows green lights, and the fans spin but nothing shows on device manger or bios.
