Try the same with the first release BIOS

With this mod it launches with bios up to 4001, the final 4210 does not start. It starts once, when changes are made to the BIOS or after rebooting the OS, it does not start.

Although my motherboard is different, that is: H110M-HDS Asrock
But I followed your instructions and managed to do it! I played through all the bios and indeed only version 1.0 will boot with the Xeon

Good morning,hate to revive this from the dead, but I’m attempting to do the same Xeon E3-1270 V5 cpu in an Asus Q170M-C motherboard. Would this possibly be the same process?

Sorry to revive this. Is there a way to flash the modded BIOS without external flasher?
