Specs:I Have An Compaq-Presario-CQ61-310SG
My Motherboard:Qaunta 3069
Bios:InsydeH20 Bios Version:F.14 Rev.3.5

Here you go. It wasn't initializing the hidden tabs, so there was no way to unlock one. The best alternative was to replace an existing tab, so you now have a Debug tab instead of a Diagnostics tab. Enjoy
