[Request] Dell Vostro 3550 - Keyboard and Wi-Fi stopped working after CPU upgrade

Hello,
I have a Dell Vostro 3550 running BIOS A12.
I upgraded the CPU from an Intel Core i3-2310M to an Intel Core i7-2670QM. Immediately after reassembling the laptop, the internal keyboard stopped working completely and Wi-Fi became hardware disabled.

Tests already performed:
-Reinstalled the original i3-2310M CPU.
-Tested with a brand new keyboard.
-Tested with the keyboard disconnected.
-Tested with two different Wi-Fi cards.
-Reset BIOS defaults.
-Removed CMOS battery.
-Reinstalled drivers.
-BIOS A12 is already installed and Reflashing A12 is blocked. Downgrading to A09 is blocked in both Windows and FreeDOS.

Status:
-Internal keyboard does not work, even in BIOS.
-USB keyboard works normally.
-Wi-Fi cards are detected by Windows, but remain hardware disabled.

Could this be related to BIOS/firmware corruption or some firmware state triggered by the CPU upgrade?
Is there any way to force a complete BIOS reflash? Reflash the same BIOS version (A12)? Or use a modified BIOS to bypass Dell restrictions?
Or would you recommend another approach?
