[Request] HP Dm4-3050us. Unlock UEFI Booting to unsigned code.

I'd like to boot unsigned efi programs on my HP DM4-3050us.
If possible, could someone unlock the Boot From UEFI option in my BIOS?
In addition, I'd like to be able to boot in IDE mode as well so that I can update my hard drive firmware. I can probably borrow a friends computer to do this though. So it's not too important.

I acknowledge that my firmware is RSA signed (starts with 01)
I'm willing to test for UEFI option but not IDE/AHCI only.
I do have the Current EFI programs saved to a flash drive with standard BIOS ready to reinstall.
